HR Connexions operates an E-Recruitment model which has significant differences to a traditional recruitment agency or an online job board site.
We operate as an extension to our clients' HR departments to assist in the attraction, short listing and recruitment of staff. We do this by offering a wide range of online recruitment tools. This means that all our applicants experience a number of benefits:
- You are in control of your application, you can choose how much information you want the hiring company to know about you through detailed application forms and cover letters
- You are not relying on recruitment agencies to forward your CV to the hiring company, if your application meets the criteria listed in the "about you" section on the advert, your CV will be short listed
- You can apply for as many roles as you want. Using your personal log in details enables you to keep track of all your job applications
- You will be notified of the hiring companies name and any changes to your status at every stage of the recruitment cycle ensuring prompt e-communication
- Your details are sent directly to the hiring company and they will conduct the first interviews which improves your chances of success
- Although much of our communication is via email, we are still at the end of a phone to offer advice or assistance with your application
